Order Guidelines


1. You can create an account with your own username and password (min. 8 characters) to track your current and previous purchases conveniently from your computer or mobile phone.

2. Members only exclusive: free shipping on all orders PHP 2,500+, exclusive discounts and promotions


1. Once you have placed your orders,you will receive an email detailing your order summary, information,shipping address and billing summary. You will also see a messaging box where you can reach us monkeys directly regarding your order so you do not have to email us separately. 

2. Kindly deposit your payment to the chosen bank account and we will hold your orders for 5 days from the time of ordering, otherwise our monkeys would have to bring it back to the stockroom. Once we have received and verified your proof of payment, the status of your order will be updated to PAID.

3. *NEW*: We pack all our shipments EVERY WEDNESDAY only and have it shipped the following day, Thursday. Orders must be placed and paid by TUESDAY NIGHT to make it to the Wednesday cut-off of that week. For example, if you placed an order on Wednesday, this order must be paid within 5 days and will be shipped next week on Thursday. If you have any questions about our new process, please do not hesitate to message us.

4. Our monkeys will update your delivery status, together with the tracking number once the package has been picked up by the courier (every Thursday). 

5. We do not accept pre-orders. We will indicate if an item is out of stock on our website. However, do not hesitate to leave us a message regarding that particular item. Be sure to subscribe to our mailing list to make sure you get updated when the product is back in stock.

1. Our monkeys are happy to offer free shipping on all orders of PHP 2,500* and above for members, and PHP 5,000* for non-members
2. We currently ship via LBC. Rates* are as follows:
     Metro Manila - PHP 155 (next-day delivery)
     Province - PHP 195 (2-3 days delivery)
3. Our monkeys will not ship your orders without proof of payment.
4. Our monkeys will provide a tracking number so please check our courier's website to track your shipment. 
5. Our monkeys are very well-trained to handle your orders. We will not be liable for lost parcels, but we will provide proper documentation as proof of shipment.

1. We accept Bank Deposit through BPI and BDO. Direct deposit, mobile and online transfer are all accepted as long as proof of payment is shown


1. Due to hygiene standards and merchant limitations, all sales are considered final unless the product is damaged or defective (damaged cartons won't be considered). If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us immediately including a photo of the item and will only be considered for exchange or refund within 24 hrs of receipt of your order. 

2. If you received a wrong or missing item, send us a message and we will be happy to send or replace the item
